If there’s one must-have item for any Star Wars fan, it is a lightsaber. There truly is no other item that immediately identifies someone as a Star Wars fan. And even those who have yet to watch any of the properties in the franchise know what a lightsaber is. Let’s just say it: lightsabers are iconic.
Hasbro knows this and revealed a whole set of new Star Wars items. And one of those incredible new items is the Star Wars: The Black Series Rey FX Elite Lightsaber.

The new saber combines advanced LEDs and sound effects. And Hasbro says they are “the most realistic Force FX Lightsabers yet.” So while the little ones will more than likely be begging for one, this special toy is recommended for ages 14 and up. Sorry, littles. This toy is for the big kids.
This new collector’s toy features design and decoration based on Rey’s Lightsaber. And as fans recall, she gets her own lightsaber with a yellow blade in the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Also, Hasbro notes that the blade features a twist to ignite battle clash effects, blaster deflect effects, and molted blade tip effects.

Just look at that impeccable design. It’s gorgeous. And the additional markings and amazing features make this a must-buy for fans everywhere. So, I can imagine carrying this throughout my day, battling my daily chores but with style. Just holding this will make anyone feel much cooler. (Okay, maybe just me).

Hasbro’s Star Wars: The Black Series Rey FX Elite Lightsaber requires 3 1.5V AA batteries (not included). Additionally, the lightsaber retails for $264.99 and releases sometime in Spring 2022. And it is available at most retailers.
