Guerrilla Games just dropped an announcement trailer for Horizon II: Forbidden West, the sequel to the 2017 smash hit Horizon Zero Dawn. And it’s coming, of course, to the PlayStation 5Forbidden West “continues Aloy’s story as she moves west to a far-future America,” the trailer’s description reads, “to brave a majestic but dangerous frontier where she’ll face awe-inspiring machines and mysterious new threats.”

The game’s star, Ashly Burch, tweeted, “Time to go west, baby.”

The game will also feature actor Lance Reddick, who gamers might recognize as the voice of Commander Zavala from Bungie’s Destiny series or Martin Hatch from Remedy’s criminally underrated Quantum Break.

“Many outlanders have journeyed into the Forbidden West,” the Horizon Zero Dawn Fandom wiki explains. “The ones who return are either near death or driven mad by what they have discovered.”

There’s currently no release date given for the game, but it will be exclusive to the PS5.

Sony held its big PlayStation press conference on Thursday, June 11, to showcase the next-gen PS5 console and its slate of upcoming games. After skipping E3 2019 and announcing its plans to sit out of what would have been this year’s E3 as well, the company’s virtual briefing represents the culmination of two years’ worth of anticipation. The pre-taped broadcast commenced at 1:00p.m. Pacific time on PlayStation’s Twitch and YouTube channels.

“We will build upon our global events strategy in 2020 by participating in hundreds of consumer events across the globe,” a Sony spokesperson said back in January. “Our focus is on making sure fans feel part of the PlayStation family and have access to play their favorite content. We have a fantastic lineup of titles coming to PlayStation 4, and with the upcoming launch of PlayStation 5, we are truly looking forward to a year of celebration with our fans.”
