Possess the Power of Thor’s Mjölnir With New LEGO Set

“Whosoever holds this hammer, if they be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor.” In the MCU only three characters have ever proved pure of heart enough to deserve that honor: the God of Thunder himself, Vision, and Steve Rogers. If you’re hoping to ever wield that mighty weapon yourself you’ll need to live up to some lofty standards. Either that or have some disposable income. Because you can now bring a buildable version of Mjölnir home with LEGO’s newest Marvel collectible, Thor’s Hammer.

The LEGO Company’s new 979-piece set is a little piece of Asgard. Designed for ages 18 and up, the new premium collectible measures 18-inches tall and 11.5-inches wide. It also comes with a display stand. It features a Mjölnir information plate that also comes adorned with the Infinity Saga logo. Which is perfect if you or your loved ones are unable to lift the hammer yourself. If you can’t you can always try calling on the Thor minifigure that comes with the set. Although, he might only be able to handle his own miniature hammer. So you probably should make sure you’re a really good person.

But when you’re done putting the set together there’s even more fun to discover inside the hammer. The head opens up to a storage space. There you can keep small-scale models of the Infinity Gauntlet, Tesseract, and Odin’s Fire. All three items appeared in Odin’s castle in the MCU.

You can pre-order your set now. Thor’s powerful hammer is available for $99.99 at both the online shops for LEGO and Target. It ships and arrives in stores on March 1, 2022. Not a lot of time to cleanse your soul of any wrongdoings, but that’s okay. You don’t actually have to be worthy to lift this hammer. But it also doesn’t imbue you with the power of Thor either. There’s not enough disposable income to do that.
