“Goonies never say die” because they never will. Forty years after the action-adventure kids’ comedy came to the big screen, the film is still a part of our lives. From talks of sequels and reunions, to games and even ice cream, that lovable group of brave youngsters is never far from our thoughts. And soon they’ll be in our homes. But now, LEGO’s new The Goonies set will mean never having to search for One-Eyed Willy’s ship.
The LEGO Group and Data himself, Ke Huy Quan, announced The Goonies is getting the little plastic brick treatment. The LEGO Ideas submission from Greek-based 3D artist and fan designer Vaggelis Ntezes is heading to stores as an official product. LEGO has released a few Goonies products already, but never anything so grand. You can see Ke Huy Quan walk us through the incredible set below—how he manages to be so adorable in the span of such a short time, we’ll never know.
The 2,912-piece LEGO diorama model from The Goonies uses One-Eyed Willy’s Inferno pirate ship for its frame. Inside fans will find recreations of famous scenes from the movie. That includes the Fratellis’ hideaway, the Walsh family attic, secret caves, and the captain’s treasure room. The collectible also comes packed with details and props from the film, like Data’s utility belt and Mouth’s hairbrush. This The Goonies LEGO set also celebrates the famous deleted octopus scene and Sloth’s daring mast-slide onto the Inferno’s deck.

Once done, builders will even be able to drop boulders and activate trapdoors via the Copper Bones Skeleton Key. But LEGO warns if you play the Skeleton Organ “be careful not to hit the wrong note!”
In addition to the model, the set also comes with twelve mini-figures. That includes Mikey, Mouth, Chunk, Andy, Data, the Fratellis, Sloth, Irving, Irene Walsh, and One-Eyed Willy.

In total LEGO’s The Goonies set ($309.99) measures 7-inches wide, 22.4-inches long, and more than 14-inches tall. It’ll go on sale early next month on November 4, 2025. It’ll then live on your shelf or desk forever for one very obvious reason: Goonies never say die because they never will.
