Haunting Figures Depict Beloved POKÉMON as ALIEN Hosts

In the world of the Alien franchise, procreation is really weird. Once a deadly xenomorph plants its egg inside you, the resulting creature is a mix of the alien DNA and whatever the host body was. So, if the xenomorph plants itself inside a human? You get a biped hybrid alien. Let’s say a seed is planted in an adorable little Whippet dog. Then you get a freaky looking Whippet alien.

But what happens if Pikachu or Bulbasaur from Pokémon are used as breeding material? Well, a pair of toys have answered that question that we know you were asking.

Thanks to the folks at Geeks are Sexy, we’ve discovered this ultimate mash-up between these two polar opposite franchises. The colorful world of Pokémon invaded by the xenomorphs from Alien is the version of AVP we can really get behind. The two figures come from China, via a company called KELAKE.

Both figures come in two color schemes. You can get them in their bright and cheerful Pokémon cartoon hues, or in the black and gray tone of the Alien versions. Each figure is approximately 5 inches high, making them perfect to place next to the Funko POP! figures on your shelf. But if you wake up the next morning and your POP! vinyls have facehuggers attached, don’t say we didn’t warn you! Having said that, this might be a good time to buy that Lt. Ripley Funko toy, though.

Could we eventually see more Pokémon/Alien mash-ups? It is possible that we’ll eventually find out what a xenomorph version of a Charizard looks like, or maybe even Lucario. Let’s be real, there are hundreds of Pokémon to choose from, so the possibilities for more of these are endless. To paraphrase the tag line from the original Alien film, “On Pokémon World, no one can hear you scream.”
