The Russo brothers are likely being truthful about some of the deaths in Infinity War. Anyone who wasn’t dusted is less likely to get a comeback. Loki, Heimdall, and even Gamora fall into that category. However, the ending of Infinity War implied that Gamora’s soul lives on in the Soul Stone. Regardless of whether she is technically alive again, Gamora will probably still play a part in Guardians 3.
