Voodoo Ranger is doing a free beer for a year giveaway for a person legally named Michael Myers.
The company is cleverly calling this search Slasher Manhunt, and it celebrates the Slasher IPA, which is a part of a limited-edition Hoppy Pack. This contest is also a partnership between Voodoo Ranger and Halloween: The Game.
Anyone with the legal name Michael Myers can run to this website and enter. The search for the luckiest Michael Myers will end on October 7 in NYC at Party Without Fear, a special activation where a bunch of folks with same name can get special rewards, drink, game, and score giveaways. The Michael Myers who gets free beer for a year will be announced on October 19, which is the silent killer’s actual birthday. Now this is a fun bit of marketing.
