It’s no secret that the trailer for Street Fighter, an upcoming live-action film, is full of Easter eggs and looks at some iconic game moves. Who among us didn’t go wild when Ken hit that Hell Wheel move on Ryu. While things like that were pretty darn obvious, there were others that weren’t quite as easy to spot. At around the one minute mark, we see two folks fighting in the street while people cheer them on. It turns out those two guys are the Philippou brothers, who weren’t able to direct Street Fighter because of scheduling conflicts but made a fun cameo. Danny and Michael Philippou are YouTubers who became filmmakers known as RackaRacka.

This specific scene perfectly embodies the spirit of Street Fighter, complete with burning cars and fighting chaos. In fact, this is a very direct reference to these two characters fighting in the start screen for 1991’s Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, which will heavily inspire this film.
Capcom finally named these characters Max and Scott in 2016. Max is a heavyweight boxer with a gambling addiction and Scott is a bouncer at a bar with a… bass fishing addiction. It is cool to know that things are all good between the directing duo and Kitao Sakurai.
Street Fighter will bring its best moves to theaters on October 16.
