JD and Turk are back at Sacred Heart for more shenanigans, baby! The first teaser trailer for the Scrubs reboot is finally here and it is, as expected, funny and awkward in the best way. We’ve known about this reboot for quite some time and even saw some recent images from it. But, it is wild to see this footage and realize that this dynamic duo is back after 15 years.
JD declares that he’s back to a group of young interns who have no clue who he is. By his side are both Turk and Elliott. Interestingly, JD nor Elliott have on a wedding ring, which suggests that they are no longer a couple and perhaps co-parenting. But, they also work in a hospital so maybe that’s why they aren’t wearing one. I digress… and also hello Dr. Cox!
The Scrubs reboot’s official logline says the show will follow JD Dorian and Christopher Turk as they scrub in together for the first time in a long time. Things are different with medicine and the faces aren’t the same anymore but their bromance is still there.
Anyway, the Scrubs reboot teaser trailer makes fans ready for February 25 to get here so they can watch it on ABC and Hulu. Right now, there’s a lot of not at all funny things happening in the world, so a sitcom could be a great salve to our pain.
