Pokémon Champions delivers an all new experience to the world of Pokémon. Players can build their roster and battle it out against opponents in three different battle modes: ranked, casual, and private. The game carries familiar mechanics in terms of Pokémon types, abilities, and moves, setting up for endless, exciting face-offs. The gameplay itself is simple. Step one: assemble your perfect team. Step two: battle!
Trainers can curate their team by pulling in old friends from Pokémon HOME, or by recruiting Pokémon from within the game. Once your have your roster, it’s time to face off against other teams in the arena. The game has three exciting battle modes to choose from. Ranked battles help you earn Victory Points, which can be used to train and recruit more Pokémon. Casual battles let you practice your skills without affecting your rank. In private battle mode, you can face off against a specific opponent. Each battle has two formats: single or double.
Pokémon Champions will be available for Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
