One Piece is about to sail into its most delicious port yet, Popeyes. If you know anything about One Piece, you know this collab isn’t as random as it sounds. One Piece‘s main character, Luffy, is obsessed with MEAT and food of any kind. So he’d definitely be into letting Popeyes fly his Straw Hat Pirate flag. Popeyes has confirmed its One Piece collab with a post highlighting Luffy’s straw hat and a tropical-looking drink. And now, the details of the One Piece Popeyes meal is confirmed. The One Piece x Popeyes collab will be arriving on April 13th, and it will have some special treats and merch.
The internet has been buzzing with the news of a Popeyes One Piece meal for a little while. But the brand finally made it IG official. The caption of the post simply notes, “4.13 it’s going down.”
But what is going down in the meal? Here’s what we know:
Firstly, it seems like this One Piece Popeyes collab will be anime-focused, it won’t center on Netflix’s live-action One Piece which just released season two and is already teasing season three. Many of the offerings seem to be Luffy-focused, which, again, makes sense. But, of course, our main reindeer, Chopper, needed to get a shout-out! Sadly, our favorite cook, Sanji, is missing. But he probably would have something to say about Popeyes.
Here’s the breakdown of the One Piece Popeyes menu:
- Luffy Bento Bundle ($13.99): Two pieces of Popeyes iconic Signature Chicken, creamy Mac & Cheese, a refreshing Gum-Gum Fruit Lemonade, and Chopper’s Cupcake, served together for a truly legendary feast.
- Luffy Bento Box ($7.99): Two pieces of Popeyes iconic Signature Chicken paired with creamy Mac & Cheese for an iconic meal.
- Gum-Gum Fruit Lemonade ($3.49): A bright, delicious lemonade inspired by the ONE PIECE original fruit.
- Chopper’s Cupcake ($3.99): A sweet treat as lovable as the Straw Hats’ resident doctor.
How delicious does that sound? Additionally, a few special Popeyes locations will have a LIMITED number of official One Piece Luffy bento boxes. We bet these will vanish more quickly than a Popeyes meal placed in front of Luffy. You can snag these special bento boxes in these six locations:
