I am not sure if I really wanna taste it. Actually, I am sure that I do not want to taste it. But I do love that earworm of a theme song from Peacemaker and I cannot wait to see season twoOpens in a new tab. After lots of waiting, there is finally a Peacemaker season two release date and a very brief clip that shows John Cena back as one of our fave foulmouthed DC characters.
In the clip, Peacemaker is not in his typical ridiculous superhero getup. Instead, he looks kinda fly with a stylish button down shirt as he leaps from one building to the next in a single bound.
Of course, it is not as seamless as, say, Superman. He tears some things up and is possibly responsible for blowing some s**t up, too. In the Peacemaker season two clip, we do see him back in costume and riding shotgun with Leota, who says he’s really a hero now. Girl, I guess. But he’s fun to watch no matter what he does.
James Gunn himself took to social media to share the clip and reveal the Peacemaker season two release date on Max, which is August 21Opens in a new tab. Hopefully this means we will get a full trailer in the next few weeks.
