We recently got our first real look at the long-awaited Masters of the Universe movie hitting theaters this summer in its first trailer. And it looks like director Travis Knight is really bringing the world of the 1980s toyline and cartoon to life properly. And now, Mattel has revealed the first looks at their new movie-based action figures, hitting toy shelves this spring. The new Masters of the Universe Chronicles figures are aimed at collectors and come in a 1:12 scale. You can see the first images of them below. Some of the film’s actors may even be posing with their action figure doppelgangers.
Masters of the Universe Chronicles He-Man
The He-Man figure arrives with the likeness of actor Nicholas Galitzine. Prince Adam Glenn, “The Most Powerful Man in the Universe,” comes with 30 points of articulation plus his signature Power Sword and interchangeable hands. This Masters of the Universe figure is priced at $24.99.
Masters of the Universe Chronicles Skeletor

The evil master of Snake Mountain known as Skeletor, who’s portrayed by Jared Leto in the upcoming live-action film, has 30 points of articulation for dynamic posing. The Lord of Destruction comes equipped with his signature Havoc Staff accessory. We can hear his signature sinister cackle just looking at this toy. You can make Skeletor yours for just $24.99.
Masters of the Universe Chronicles Man-At-Arms

The weapons master of Eternia, Man-At-Arms is He-Man’s most loyal ally and mentor. In the new movie, the great Idris Elba plays Duncan (yes, that’s his real name). His action figure comes with his signature mace, blaster, and interchangeable hands, and has 30 points of articulation. The figure hits shelves at a price of $24.99.
Masters of the Universe Chronicles Teela
The captain of Eternia’s royal Guard is Teela, the adopted daughter of Man-At-Arms. Played by Riverdale’s Camila Mendes in the new film, this action figure captures her likeness. She comes equipped with a sword, rifle, and blaster, along with an interchangeable head featuring a bun hairstyle, just like she had in the 1980s toy and cartoon. Teela is priced at $24.99.
Masters of the Universe Chronicles Evil-Lyn
Skeletor’s right-hand woman in his quest to conquer Castle Grayskull is the witch Evil-Lyn. Sculpted to look like actress Alison Brie, the evil Warrior Goddess comes with her magical staff, as well as an extra set of hands. Like the other figures, she has 30 points of articulation and will set you back $24.99.
Masters of the Universe Chronicles Trap-Jaw

One of Skeletor’s most trusted henchmen is the cyborg Trap-Jaw. The new figure shows how close the film is going to be to the classic toyline’s aesthetics. The Trap-Jaw figure comes with his signature armor, weaponized arm with hook attachment, and the likeness of actor Sam C. Wilson. This figure costs a cool $24.99.
Masters of the Universe Chronicles Tri-Klops Figure

Another loyal lackey of Skeletor’s is the three-eyed Tri-Klops. The cybernetic-eyed villain comes equipped with a long-barreled blaster accessory and an extra set of hands, 30 points of articulation, and the likeness of actor Kojo Attah. Like the others, he’s also priced at $24.99.
Masters of the Universe Chronicles Battle Cat
Where there’s a He-Man, there’s a Battle Cat. This figure of Cringer, Adam’s loyal talking tiger, features a screen-accurate design inspired by the movie, highlighted by a muscular sculpt, lifelike glass eyes, and a posable jaw. The removable saddle and head armor allow for customizable display and enhanced realism. Battle Cat arrives at a $39.99 price point.

The Masters of the Universe trailer also featured characters like Beast-Man, Goat-Man, Spikor, Ram-Man, and Mekanek, so expect many more waves of new figures to come. For more Masters of the Universe toy goodness, head on over to Mattel Creations’ official Masters of the Universe site.
