The “Winter Soldier” and the “Last Jedi” have something in common. Beyond metal appendages that is. They have the same face. Seriously, those two might as well be Jango and Boba Fett. And while the Internet long ago realized Mark HamillOpens in a new tab must be Sebastian StanOpens in a new tab‘s father, this weekend Luke Skywalker steadfastly refused to acknowledge that Bucky Barnes is his son…for one whole sentence.
It started when the always affable Hamill posted on TwitterOpens in a new tab and InstagramOpens in a new tab he would not cave and say the one thing every Disney executive must dream about.
Sorry to disappoint you but I refuse to say "Sebastian Stan-I AM YOUR FATHER!" (even though, in fact, I am) 😜 #SorryNotSorryOpens in a new tab #MySonSebastianOpens in a new tab pic.twitter.com/A6e4t6GkXCOpens in a new tab

Star WarsOpens in a new tab and MarvelOpens in a new tab? It’s a trillion dollar crossover waiting to be happen. But in the meantime we think we know who Disney would tap if they ever decided to make a Star Wars standalone film about Luke Skywalker’s time between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens. Look at that photo on the right. Are you positive that’s not Sebastian Stan? I wouldn’t bet my life on it.
This isn’t a new realization, though. Fans of both actors have been pointing out that Stan is a doppelganger for a young Hamill for years now. A fact both have embraced.

How could they not? It’s totally believable Stan could be his son, which means we need to get them into a movie together. And now.

C’mon, let’s make this happen. Everyone loves Mark Hamill and Sebastian Stan. Everyone also loves seeing a father and son work together. And Disney loves money. Put them in a movie together and everyone wins.
But make sure Hamill cuts off his “son’s” hand. We love family traditions.
What type of movie would you like to see these two in together? Let us know in the comments below.
Marvel, Lucasfilm
