Tubi Will Soon Stream a Ton of DC Universe Movies and TV Shows for Free

Struggling to watch some of your favorite DC live-action and animated movies and TV shows because you’ve had to cull a streamer or two from your life? It’s a relatable feeling. Well, the FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television) channel Tubi is here to help. The streamer is about to allow you to watch some of your favorite DC Universe entries again, for free. We’re not sure if this is exactly good news amidst the streaming shenanigans that currently rule our lives, but it’s something. As the cost of subscribing to streamers rises, and most of them become filled with ads anyway, the FAST channel alternative is at least, well, free. Here is the laundry list of DC movies and series that are coming to live on Tubi in 2024.

Birds of Prey, Aquaman, The Batman and more DC movies and TV Shows head to Tubi
Warner Bros. Discovery

Variety reports Warner Bros. Discovery and Tubi have arrived at a deal, allowing the streamer to house these DC properties. When it comes to DC Universe live-action movies, the following will be available on Tubi: The Batman, Suicide Squad, Black Adam, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman. Additionally, Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman 1984 will all arrive in 2024.

Meanwhile, the Superman series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman will land on Tubi starting on December 31.

Joining the streamer even earlier, on December 19, will be the DC live-action movies Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Forever, Superman: The Movie, and Superman II. The following DC series will also arrive on Tubi at that time: Batwoman, Gotham, and Krypton.

Animated DC fare will also become available on Tubi in December. Tubi’s slate will feature Batman: Death in the Family, DC Showcase: Superman/Shazam!: The Return of Black Adam, The Death of Superman, Justice League: Flashpoint Paradox, Son of Batman, Superman/Batman: Public Enemies, Stargirl, and Swamp Thing.

Tubi will truly become home to a rich and varied slice of the DC world. If you’re looking to catch up on your DC viewing, it might be a good place to go. That’s especially true considering its very reasonable price tag. You can also visit it to watch some of the series Max removed from its platform, such as Westworld. As streamers move to make ads part of their strategy, the fate of FAST channels remains to be seen. But for now, we’ll happily watch The Batman on them free of charge.
