Matt Mercer shares his take on what the Dungeons & Dragons class of this The Simpsons character would be without missing a beat. He notes, “A Bard. Bart the Bard would work well just because of the high charisma aspect of it, the mulit-, jack of all trades skill scenerio, and depending on the build, literally having insults as a defense/attack mechanism. To dress others down and have that diminish their capabilities and eventually send them fleeing into the distance, I think, very much sits in his realm of expertise. A very acerbic, witty, insult-based Bard.”
What does Bart Simpson think about this designation of his D&D class from the Critical Role expert himself? Nancy Cartwright puts on her The Simpsons voice, and as Bart replies, “Thank you very much, I take that as a compliment. Bart the Bard!”
