Batman Meets Taylor Swift in the Ultimate Music Video Mash-up

With The LEGO Batman Movie about to bring its unique brand of orphaned billionaire brilliance to theaters this weekend, complete with an unreasonably catchy new song, we found ourselves taking a walk down memory lane. Except this memory lane isn’t filled with pearls bouncing on the cold pavement of Crime Alley or blood-gurgled cries of “MARTHAAAAAA.” Rather, this one is filled with the sweet strains of Taylor Swift. Or, more specifically, our Batman-ified version of Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood,” which we evolved into a musical parody video called “Bat Blood,” featuring the meanest, murderiest mugs in Batman’s rogues gallery.

When it comes to committing crime in Gotham City, it’s hard to make a living, especially since an obscenely wealthy man dressed in kevlar pajamas will either put you in traction or Arkham Asylum if you step out of line. Now, led by Catwoman, the villains of Gotham City are channeling their frustration with Bruce Wayne’s alter ego into song form. Featuring the likes of Catwoman, Bane, the Riddler, Two-Face, and many other classic villains, this video finally answers the question, “Hey, wouldn’t it be sweet as hell if we mashed up the mythos of Batman and top 40 pop music?” The answer, as you can see, is a resounding “hell yes.”This isn’t the first time we’ve mashed up Taylor Swift with some of our favorite pieces of pop culture. Back in 2015, we blended the worlds of Game of Thrones and T. Swift to create the oddly catchy “Blank Page”:
