Hunger Games movie fans will soon get a chance to see each installment up on the big screen once again. All five films in the franchise—The Hunger Games, Catching Fire, Mockingjay — Part 1, Mockingjay — Part 2, and The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes —will return to movie theaters from September 3 to September 7.
If you want to see all five Hunger Games films, get ready to spend five straight days at the movies. Each will get its own day in theaters. The first Hunger Games movie will kick things off in theaters on the 3rd. The special rerelease will then end with the first prequel movie, the last film to debut in theaters, 2023’s The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.
This event will come a little more than a month before the release of the franchise’s next installment, The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The story of young Haymitch’s time in the arena will premiere on November 20. Each theatrical rerelease will also include a sneak peek at the latest adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ series.
