She’s one of DC Comics‘ leading ladies since 1940, and an icon of feminine power for generations, and she’s about to marry Batman in a few months time. I’m talking about Selina Kyle, a.k.a. Catwoman. The jewel thief extraordinaire has had many action figures over the years, and even a Barbie doll or two. But this new collector’s figure may be the finest Catwoman figure yet produced, as Mezco Toyz welcomes Gotham’s most notorious cat burglar, Catwoman, into their One:12 collective line of figures.
The One:12 Collective Catwoman figure flaunts three exquisitely detailed head portraits: a flirty smile, a hissing snarl, and an unmasked Selina Kyle portrait. In addition to Catwoman’s classic form-fitting suit, she comes complete with a whip, waist belt with an opening tool kit, removable backpack, and goggles that fit both masked heads.
Morally ambiguous, stealthy, and agile, Selina Kyle AKA Catwoman, started out as a cat burglar to survive and protect those closest to her. Utilizing a cat mask, this furtive femme fatale is known to steal from Gotham City’s rich and corrupt. Although she often came into conflict with the Batman, she nevertheless ended up stealing the Dark Knight’s heart. But be wary, and do not cross this cat or bad luck is sure to follow.
The One:12 Collective Catwoman figure features: One:12 Collective body with over 30 points of articulation, and three head portraits (smiling head, snarling head, unmasked head). She also comes with hand painted authentic detailing, and stands at approximately 16cm tall. She comes with six interchangeable hands. Her costume is tailored stretch catsuit, which comes with a waist belt with tool kit and mid-calf work boots.
Among Catwoman’s accessories are a pair of goggles, a removable backpack, a waist belt with cat burglar tool kit, and, of course, Selina’s signature whip. Each One:12 Collective Catwoman figure is packaged in a collector friendly box, designed with collectors in mind. There are no twist ties for easy in-and-out of package display.
