Yes, we are right in the middle of summer, and temperatures are high everywhere. So it’s a weird time to be thinking about the holiday season already, right? Well, not if you want to get the coolest ornament for your Christmas tree early. Via Comic Book Resources, we’ve learned that the most marvelous ornament is now available from Hallmark. The same makers of many amazingly detailed (and nerdy) ornaments for years, covering everything from Star Trek to Doctor Who. For Christmas 2026, Hallmark reveals a new X-Men ornament that features the team’s Blackbird jet, and it even plays the iconic X-Men: The Animated Series theme music.

Of course, we know that the “X-Men ’97 theme” is just the original, iconic music from X-Men: The Animated Series. And we wouldn’t want it any other way. As cool as the jet would be by itself, the music is the cherry on top. Unfortunately, we can’t see which X-Men are in the cockpit, but we’d like to imagine it’s the same ones from the cartoon. The dimensions for this ornament are 5.25 x 3 x 5.25. It requires three alkaline LR41 replaceable button batteries, which are included. Artists Gregor Benedetti and Orville Wilson designed the ornament.
