Vote for Nerdist in the the Webby Awards

It is once again time for the annual Webby Awards. This year, 2020, marks the 24th annual such event. It’s hard to believe the Webby Awards have around for that long, isn’t it? And here’s some extra exciting news: the Webbys nominated Nerdist in two categories and honored us in a third category! We’re so flattered, and now we’d appreciate if you’d throw some support behind us. Allow me to tell you all about it.

First up, we’re nominated in the Video: Video Remixes/Mashups category for “Jurassic Fraud (Nerdist Remix).” This mash-up imagines what would happen if the world of Jurassic Park met Fyre Festival. In other words, John Hammond lied to us all. Watch the video above video. Then you can vote for it over at the Webby Awards.

Next, we received a nomination in the Video: Games category for “The Heist on the Row | A Carnival Row RPG.” Members of the Nerdist team traveled to Prague to go behind-the-scenes of Legendary TV and Amazon Video’s Carnival Row. Then we played in an original Carnival Row RPG story, “The Heist on the Row.” Dive on in by watching the above. Vote right here!

Last but not least, Nerdist received a Webby Honor for the Advertising, Media & PR: Media & Entertainment category for the “Science of Mortal Kombat.” We explored the science of fatalities and so much more.

Like what you see? Then please consider voting for us and all the insanely talented people who wrote, edited, produced, and starred in these videos. We think it’s awesome. All you have to do is head to the Webby Awards’ site and get your votes in before 11:59pm PT on Thursday, May 7. We believe in you.
