This STRANGER THINGS Experience Is In The Heart of Hawkins

It’s the perfect time to grab your D&D pals and monster-fighting gear for your best shot at an authentic ‘80s experience in Hawkins. There’s a Stranger Things immersive theater experience coming to Secret Cinema in London—and it seems pretty awesome! According to the website, the Stranger Things experience will run from now to February 2020. Of course, tickets are going faster than you can say “Demogorgon” with days left in January and February only at this point.

There are a couple of different levels to enjoying Stranger Things fun. A regular pass gives fans a chance to explore Hawkins for three hours, learn about the conspiracies, and see some “other-worldly” things along the way. If they really want to go big, they can go VIP and get fast-track entry, drinks, and meals while hanging out in Hawkins. Interestingly, the Stranger Things Secret Cinema experience is for ages 15+, which means Mike, Dustin, Lucas, Will, El, and Max are barely old enough to get in themselves.

Here’s now Secret Cinema describes this special trip into Hawkins:

In a secret London location, dive into a living, breathing story to experience your favourite moments from the Netflix original series. New and old tales will blend together in a thrilling collage of the greatest decade for music, fashion and film.

Travel back to the ‘80s as you step into the small town of Hawkins, Indiana. But don’t be deceived by its charming exterior. In a town built on secrets you may be surprised to discover a more sinister truth than you had ever imagined.

Starcourt Mall is obviously a part of this Stranger Things experience but what other locations will be there? Hawkins Middle School? The infamous laboratory? Mike and Will’s houses? There’s a lot of cool places to experience in this fictional small town. Everything is set to go down in a super-secret location so fans can stay off the government’s radar. They will get exclusive access to a website to help them get ready for the chaos prior to their show. And, there’s a warning that shows in the evening will be gorier than the matinee offerings.

Secret Cinema is no stranger to combining a film experience with interactive elements and performances. The company has tackled several big projects like a Back to the Future screening with a life-sized Hill Valley, Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back, and a big production of Moulin Rouge!

It will be cool to see how far attendees go into character and what secrets will be uncovered along the way. There’s no indication that the stars from the show will make an appearance, but anything is possible since they haven’t started filming Stranger Things season four quite yet.

Get ready to walk into Hawkins and feed your Stranger Things love by helping to solve new problems and revisit past moments.
