If you’re a dedicated fan of superhero movies, chances are you have seen the amazing digital art of BossLogicOpens in a new tab over the past several years. The Australian artist has been making a name for himself online for some time now, with his detailed renditions of well known actors and actresses as they might appear playing iconic comic book and sci-fi characters.
As soon as a rumor hits the web about a certain actor or actress taking a part, BossLogic has a detailed rendition of what said performer would look like in the roles within days (sometimes hours). Recent examples of this are his takes on Rosario DawsonOpens in a new tab as AhsokaOpens in a new tab from Star Wars: The Clone WarsOpens in a new tab, Kerry Washington Opens in a new tabas X-Force member Domino, and Steven R. Now BossLogic has turned out two more amazing pieces. The first is of our latest Best Actress Oscar winner Emma StoneOpens in a new tab, as she would appear as BatgirlOpens in a new tab in a potential DCEU film. Now, at the moment there aren’t any actual rumors circulating about Stone playing Barbara Gordon, but after looking at these images, you’ll kind of wish there were. The character of Batgirl isn’t officially slated to join any upcoming movie yet, but with The BatmanOpens in a new tab, Gotham City SirensOpens in a new tab, and NightwingOpens in a new tab all coming up, the character is bound to show up in one of those movies, right?

While the Emma Stone/Batgirl art is just based on wishful thinking, actor Russell CroweOpens in a new tab has been actively entertaining the idea of playing cyborg soldier CableOpens in a new tab for the upcoming Deadpool 2Opens in a new tab. In fact he’s been having a Twitter back-and-forth with Deadpool’s creator Rob LiefeldOpens in a new tab about potentially playing the X-Force leader, and Liefeld seems enthusiastic on the whole idea.
So of course, BossLogic brought Crowe as Cable to life in an amazing piece, and if this doesn’t sell you on the idea, I’m not sure what will. BossLogic tweeted the picture of Crowe as Cable this week, which you can take a look at below.
