The long journey towards the Salem’s Lot film that’s coming to Max is almost over. The infamous Stephen King story will take us to Jerusalem’s Lot for a terrifying tale involving vampires. After a long wait, we finally have a trailer and release date for Salem’s Lot and we cannot wait to see Lewis Pullman’s take on Ben Mears.
The clip gives us everything we’d expect: attempts to control demons with crosses, bloody shirts, writing bodies, and all-around terror. I’ve long maintained that small towns are the scariest places on EarthOpens in a new tab and that’s true here. Just imagine going home to spark your creativity only to find yourself in the middle of a real life horror situation. Sucks to be Ben.
