Pedro Pascal Can’t Name One Movie of His From the Last Year

Everyone says that Pedro Pascal is in pretty much everything these days. And they’ve been saying that since his rise to fame in Game of Thrones. But the person who doesn’t seem to be aware of that fact is actually Pedro Pascal himself. While on the promotional tour for The Mandalorian and Grogu with director Jon Favreau and co-star Sigourney Weaver, Pascal was asked a simple question by Rotten Tomatoes Trailers. They asked him, “You had three films come out last year. Name two of them.” After making a face, Pascal really didn’t seem to recall at all. Which really cracked up director Jon Favreau. You can watch the clip from The Mandalorian and Grogu press junket down below:

For the record, the films Pascal starred in that released in 2025 were Eddington, Materialists, and The Fantastic Four: First Steps. And on TV, he was on The Last of Us season two. We can see how maybe he forgot when one of them released, but all of them?? Well, this goes to show how a lot of this is really just a job for actors. In the same way you can’t remember the calendar year of every single thing you’ve done at work, actors don’t remember the release dates of their every role. Actors are almost always the least knowledgeable about the storylines and details of their characters too, regardless of the project. And, we guess they don’t remember when they came out either.

We have a feeling that Pedro Pascal totally will always remember dancing with Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl though. That doesn’t seem We do think that Pedro Pascal will always remember when The Mandalorian and Grogu came out, however. If only because the amount of press and publicity stunts he did. Things like surprising Disney parks guests who are riding Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run. Someone will have to ask him again during the Avengers: Doomsday press tour if he remembers that The Mandalorian and Grogu came out the same year.
