Say it ain’t so. The streaming price increases are back to plague us in 2026. In 2025, we saw a total of six streaming price increases. That means there was, on average, one streaming price hike every two months. And that included one from Netflix. And now, barely a year later, we’re seeing a SECOND price increase across ALL of Netflix’s tiers. And we bet Netflix isn’t the only one planning to raise subscription costs in 2026. Will our wallets survive? It’s looking less and less likely. Here are the price hikes Netflix has now officially set for its streaming tiers.

Every Netflix Subscription Plan Is Increasing in Cost in March 2026
Surprise, all three of Netflix’s current United States subscription plans are impacted by this latest price hike. Yes, Netflix is increasing the cost of every single one of its plans, both with and without ads. In summary, Netflix’s Standard with Ads plan will now cost $8.99/month. Netflix’s Standard Plan without Ads will now cost $19.99/month. Finally, Netflix’s Premium Plan will now cost $26.99/month.
Here’s a more detailed breakdown of the new pricing.

Are There Any Perks That Come with These Netflix Price Increases?

In the past, price hikes have been accompanied by additional perks. But as of right now, it seems like there’s all the pain and none of the pleasure for these Netflix price increases. We do love Netflix’s content. But, once again, we have to remind streamers that more and more consumers are signing up only to watch a specific show and then cancelling their subscriptions. And we have a feeling this pattern will only increase. Price hiker, beware!
