It’s always a beautiful day in the neighborhood when Mister Rogers is around. Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood has inspired generations, teaching kids about compassion and understanding their feelings. Those lessons continue to inspire children even today. For the first time, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood is getting its very own YouTube channel.

Fred Rogers Productions and Little Dot Studios are collaborating to bring the iconic children’s show to the platform. The next generation can explore the Land of Make Believe as it’s never been explored before. The channel will feature a blend of full-length episodes and repurposed digital content, including clips, shorts, and compilations. The transition is a pretty nostalgic dig for those who were raised on the heartwarming show. Many of whom, I’m sure, are now raising their own children and grandchildren. Now, the show can reach an audience wider than ever before.
“Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood continues to inspire viewers young and old across four generations,” said Paul Siefken, President and CEO of Fred Rogers Productions. “We’re excited to partner with Little Dot Studios on this new YouTube channel that will make the wonder, kindness, and human connection of the series more discoverable and accessible than ever.”
Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood aired on PBS from 1968 to 2001. The gentle and soft-spoken Fred Rogers hosts the thoughtful show, teaching children important life lessons like spreading kindness. Rogers sadly passed away in 2003 at the age of 74. His legacy carries onward, continuing to inspire generations to come.

“Built on the legacy of Fred Rogers, Fred Rogers Productions continues to set the standard for thoughtful, values-driven children’s media,” said Ben Arnold, Co-Managing Director of Little Dot Studios U.S. “We’re honored to bring our digital distribution experience to this partnership, building an intentional, audience-first presence on YouTube where these iconic stories can reach the next generation.”
Fred Rogers Productions is also responsible for shows like Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, Donkey Hodie, and Alma’s Way. The dedicated YouTube channel will launch later this year.
