So why not other parts of the world?
Here’s what Lionsgate Motion Picture Group Chair Joe Drake told DeadlineOpens in a new tab:
We’re not ready to say goodbye to Keanu [Reeves] with this franchise. It’s what alternative there will be… There’s a lot of different things that we can do… I’ve seen this movie five times in the last week. I can see the way that the audience moves him.
And, Reeves, of course, moves the audience as a true fan favorite. By all accounts, the actor’s performance in John Wick: Chapter 4 was the best one yetOpens in a new tab. This, of course, leaves audiences watching more. With no one ready to say goodbye, we can’t wait to see where John Wick will end up next.
