LEGO Ideas is issuing a new challenge to builders that will make a ton of nerds happy. Yu-Gi-Oh!, the popular anime and trading card game, is up next to get a new set. From now until March 10, fans are invited to submit product ideas in the LEGO Ideas challenge that are about Battle City and the Duelist Kingdom tournament arcs.

There’s a max number of 2,000 pieces for a build and it will be judged off the following criteria:
- Overall coolness and originality: 25%
- Inspired details: 25%
- Relevance to theme: 25%
- Best use of LEGO elements: 25%
Fan voting will begin on April 14 to determine which LEGO Yu-Gi-Oh! set will become a beautiful brick reality. The results will come in September, so perhaps the set will be available to purchase sometime in 2027. The Grand Prize winner will score the following:
- 1% of the total net sales of the product
- 10 complimentary copies of their LEGO Ideas set
- Credit and a bio as the LEGO Ideas Fan Designer in the set materials
For those who don’t know, this anime is about protagonist Yugi Mutou and his many duels full of fantasy and monsters. For more information about the LEGO Ideas Yu-Gi-Oh! challenge, head over to the website now.
