KFC’s Colonel Sanders and His Chicken Nugget Blast Gun Join FUNKO FUSION

Colonel Sanders is coming to Funko Fusion. Yes, the KFC mascot, based on the real person who created the chain, will be shooting at monsters with a bucket full of chicken nuggets. He, also, of course, has his cane at the ready for bashing in opponents. I wouldn’t want to cross Colonel Sanders on the battlefield myself. You can check him out in action below. You can also dress Colonel Sanders in two additional outfits, Mecha Colonel Sanders or Chef Colonel Sanders, if you’re a member of KFC Rewards Members.

A release shares the following:

The outfits for Mecha Colonel Sanders and Chef Colonel Sanders are redeemable exclusively for KFC Rewards members in the United States of America via the KFC app, beginning this Friday. Redeem the exclusive Chef Colonel outfit immediately (no points needed) and redeem 250 KFC Rewards points to get the Mecha Colonel outfit. KFC Rewards is KFC’s loyalty program, allowing customers to earn 10 points for every eligible dollar spent, which can be redeemed for free food and special offers such as these characters.

  1. Sign up for free or sign in to your existing Rewards account at https://www.kfc.com/login
  2. In the rewards section, click “Redeem” to claim your reward (KFC Chef Colonel or KFC Mecha Colonel).
  3. Receive a unique code on your KFC Rewards registered email.
  4. Enter the code on www.funkofusion.com/redeem and follow instructions to unlock your limited-edition Colonel outfits in Funko Fusion.

In addition to playing as KFC’s Colonel Sanders in Funko Fusion, players can play as Shaun from Shaun of the Dead, He-Man, Marty McFly, and The Walking Dead comic books’ Rick Grimes and Michonne. (Whom we love.)

Funko Fusion released on September 13 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, and will release on November 15 for PlayStation 4. Funko Fusion launches digitally for Nintendo Switch this December, with the Nintendo Switch physical edition launching in March 2025.
