The first chapter of IT: Welcome to Derry is over. Pennywise sleeps once again and a small Maine town gets 27 more years of peace before he rises for more fear-fueled shenanigans. We are still waiting for news about another season but, in the meantime, we can rejoice in owning the 1962 cycle. IT: Welcome to Derry: The Complete First Season is coming to 4K UHD in a Limited Edition Steelbook, Blu-ray, and DVD in 2026.

This announcement arrived not too long after the season one finale. Of course, the 4K UHD release will include all eight episodes of Welcome to Derry. And, as always, there are special treats for fans of this clown. They include three extended behind the episode featurettes and an “all new never-before-seen featurette exclusive” to 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD.
The bonus featurette will “explore societal dynamics of 1962 Derry, Jim Crow, the Red Scare, and the government trespassing on indigenous lands that wreak terror in this tiny New England town.” The Welcome to Derry physical 4K release won’t be available until May 5, 2026 but you can pre-order your copy today. Those who grab the Steelbook will also receive 6 special Derry-themed postcards.
If physical media isn’t your jam, you can purchase this show digitally via Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, YouTube, Fandango at Home, and other similar websites. Either way, it’s one of the best shows of 2025 and one that you need to own in some fashion.
