We are soaring onto your screen with some very good news. The trailer for Prime Video’s hit animated series Invincible is here and it looks like season four will be packed with a ton of action. We recently got some awesome first look photos as well as major casting information that revealed The Walking Dead’s Danai Gurira joining in on the fun. So getting this clip wasn’t too shocking. What did come as a surprise is the release date for Invincible season four. The premiere is coming our way on March 18, which is super close.
And, we can take comfort in knowing that whatever happens in this round isn’t the end of the story. Prime Video has already given Invincible the greenlight for a fifth season, and maybe the creative powers that be are already working on it.
In an interview with Forbes, Invincible creator and showrunner Robert Kirkman teased a bit about what to expect, saying season four would be a “brutal” one “but not in the standard way you expect from seeing season 1-3.” Kirkman said, “It’s still brutal in that way but season 4 is brutal in so many emotional ways that I think will catch people off guard.”

He also says that the violence will stem from character growth and that there’s a deft balance between story and spectacle. And, based on what we see in the Invincible season four trailer, it looks like the series won’t have any issues with hitting the mark.
