Fangirling is Nerdist’s celebration of all things fandom. We’re bringing you some of the newest voices across technology, science, gaming, entertainment, and more for deep discussions you won’t find anywhere else. The show invites anyone with nerdy passions to join in the joy of pop culture and fandom every week. Hosts  Dani Fernandez,  Sam Maggs, and  Markeia McCarty are joined once again by guest host and wrestling super-fan  Danielle Radford. This week on Fangirling, they jump into a discussion of the rom com hits of the summer along with which movies they’re looking forward to this fall. Then they get down with OTPs, talk to Tati Gabrielle from Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, share tips for self-care, and much more. Watch:

Dani, Sam, Markeia, and Danielle start with the heartwarming and diverse new rom coms from the past summer, like Crazy Rich Asians and To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before. Netflix is leading the charge on the return of the rom com, which couldn’t be a better home for the genre. After all, as Danielle says, swooning from your sofa at home is much better than sobbing in the seat of a crowded movie theater.Speaking of movie theaters, make the trip for upcoming films Dani, Sam, Markeia, and Danielle are looking forward to seeing on the big screen:  Venom and Widows. (You’ll have to tune in to find out why!) After a passionate discussion about some of their OTPs (one true pairings) in pop culture, Markeia sits down with Tati Gabrielle, who plays Prudence on the upcoming Netflix series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
