STAR WARS: BATTLEFRONT Games Are Returning in a Classic Collection

Believe it or not, 2024 marks twenty years since the release of the original Star Wars: Battlefront game. In honor of the big anniversary, Star Wars: Battlefront and 2005’s Star Wars: Battlefront II are coming to devoted fans in a new classic collection. This collection will bring 64-player online gameplay to consoles for the very first time. It will showcase several new special features as well. And you won’t have to wait very long for either one to arrive. These classic Star Wars shooters are launching on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC on March 14.

The Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection contains both Star Wars: Battlefront and its sequel all in one package. These are the original Battlefront games, and not the Star Wars: Battlefront games developed by Dice, which came out in 2015 and 2017.
