Agatha All Along episode six didn’t take us any further down the Witches’ Road but it did take us back in time. It focused on the backstory of Teen, whom we now know is Wanda’s son Billy Maximoff, to explain how that even happened. Through this series of events, we discover that he actually encountered quite a few familiar faces in his former life, including Ralph, an infamous former Westview resident played by Evan Peters who pretended to be Wanda’s deceased twin Pietro. Let’s get into how Ralph appeared on Agatha All Along and what happened during his both humorous and sad cameo.
In this episode, we discovered that Teen a.k.a. Wiccan was indeed William Kaplan, a Marvel Comics character. He was young man from Eastview who celebrated his Bar Mitzvah (where he receives the sigil from Lilia, who quickly forgets him) shortly before dying in an accident right outside of Westview.
It happened just as Wanda was shrinking the Hex and saying goodbye to her sons Tommy and Billy. The latter took over William’s body, which makes sense considering that the common nickname for William is Billy and he was a fresh body nearby. Teen/William/Billy spent the next three years pretending to be back to normal but secretly gathering information to find out more about his backstory.
What Happened to Ralph Bohner a.k.a. Pietro After WandaVision and Where Is He Now in Agatha All Along?
In his quest to learn more about the Westview anomaly, which was publicly written off as an “Avengers training exercise,” Billy Maximoff and his boyfriend Eddie met with the one Westview resident who was willing to talk to them about the Hex’s ugly truth: Ralph Bohner. In case you forgot, he portrayed the re-casted Pietro under Agatha’s spell and was the “my husband Ralph” that her character Agnes always referred to.
Now, Ralph is outside of Westview and living in isolation and constant paranoia for good reason. He talks more about being under Agatha’s control. She took his house and forced him to kill that poor dog and hold Monica Rambeau hostage, among other things. Ralph reveals that Agatha is still in Westview under some spell, which is what prompts Teen/Billy to head there. The former Westview resident warns him that Agatha is very dangerous and to stay away from her. But it is to no avail. Ralph goes back off into the abyss to presumably continue his one-man show in Paramus, NJ. That poor guy just needs a hug, man. Billy/Teen goes to Agatha and his identity is initially protected from her thanks to Lilia’s sigil.
Why Does Billy Maximoff Want to Go to the Witches Road?
While many assumed he’d want to raise Wanda from the dead, Billy actually wants to find his twin brother Tommy. As Billy reveals to Agatha in present times on the Road, he can “feel” Tommy out there. He hopes this journey will help him find what he seeks.
