But now, The Twenty-Sided Tavern is about to embark on a journey it’s never been on before. The transformative play will bring on its first-ever Guest Dungeon Master. It’s one thing to enter the world of a tavern as a player for an evening, but being the big boss… that’s on a whole other level. But if anyone can take the story of The Twenty-Sided Tavern into their hands, it’s Aabria Iyengar. This February, Aabria Iyengar will become DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: The Twenty-Sided Tavern‘s first-ever Guest Dungeon Master. And we can’t wait to see her in action.
Aabria Iyengar Is About to Cast a Spell on The Twenty-Sided Tavern
Any Dungeons & Dragons player will know that the Dungeon Master keeps the story going. They create the form of the story, set up the twists, and make the game worth it for the players. (Often, as they make them cry.) We at Nerdist have visited Dungeons & Dragons: The Twenty-Sided Tavern more than once and have an incredible experience at every performance. And that, we feel, is due in large part to the steady hand of stalwart Dungeon Master Conner Marx, who guides the evening with a creative, hilarious, and steadying hand. But variety is the spice of life, and we know that Aabria Iyengar’s storytelling prowess will create evenings just as magical.
