Twitter has been awash with some of the best dang costumes from the 27th annual Halloween Dog Parade at Tompkins Square Park in New York City. Pet owners dressed their pups to the nines in all manner of HalloweenOpens in a new tab costumes for the event and we collectively get to “aww” for hours on end about them. This is what we call a win-win situation.
