Things are about to get, as they say, weird. Because the Weird Al biopic, WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story, is coming our way soon. And to celebrate, the movie has released its first official trailer. But this doesn’t seem like any ordinary biopic. No, the level of parody is high, and the weirdness is off the charts. Daniel Radcliffe absolutely shines as Weird Al. And a whole motley crew of characters surrounds him, including Evan Rachel Wood as Madonna. The Weird Al movie trailer will make you laugh, and then it will make you truly emotional. So, we can’t wait for WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story to release on The Roku Channel this fall is basically what it boils down to.

As the Weird Al movie trailer shares, this is just a movie about a guy who wanted to “make up new words to a song that already exists.” But really, it’s about being as weird as you want to be and truly accepting who you are. And also about Daniel Radcliffe absolutely slaying the role before him, accordion in hand. And that’s beautiful. Weird Al himself even makes a cameo in the trailer, but blink and you’ll miss him.

I have no doubt whatsoever that this is the role future generations will remember him for.”
