Watch the Thirteenth Doctor Generate in LEGO Form

It’s the end of July, so most of you have seen Avengers: Infinity War.

You saw some of your favorite heroes fade away into nothingness. So wouldn’t it be nice to see nothing fade into something? As always, the Doctor is here to help. Yes, that Doctor. Jodie Whittaker‘s Thirteenth Doctor stood tall in  LEGO at San Diego Comic-Con. The statue came together brick by brick, and the Doctor Who YouTube channel has shared a time-lapse video so you can see how the display was constructed.

Starting from the feet and working their way up, a single builder was able to recreate the newest Doctor. They used a computer to help with the build, which was probably the best way to go. Can you imagine using the little booklet to try to figure out what goes where only to drop the book and lose your place, having to start all over? Ugh. Just thinking about it frustrates us.

The final product turned out amazing, and Doctor Who fans were able to see the LEGO creation up close at the BBC America booth during Comic-Con. They even let everyone hold a replica of the Doctor’s new Sonic Screwdriver while taking pictures with LEGO Whittaker. Besides making her debut in bricks, the new Doctor made a lot of waves at Comic-Con this year. That momentum will continue this fall when the Thirteenth Doctor sets off on her first adventure.

So what do you think? Who else from the pop culture realm deserves to be seen in LEGO form? Let us know in the comments below.
