2 New TWILIGHT ZONE Trailers Preview “The Comedian” and “Nightmare at 30,000 Feet”

Fans have been awaiting the CBS All Access reboot of The Twilight Zone since it was announced in 2017. Helmed by Jordan Peele, the fourth version of the popular sci-fi anthology show is hitting screens on April 1, and we’ve gotten our first proper look at the two episodes that will be hitting the streaming service that day.

The first trailer is for the Kumail Nanjiani-led “The Comedian,” which sees a stand-up given the keys to fame and fortune… but at what cost? It looks like a classic Twilight Zone yarn as our protagonist realizes that nothing comes for free. Tonally it seems like a bleak comedy with a little Faustian pact thrown into the mix. This episode also stars Tracy Morgan and is, like the whole series, of course hosted by creator Peele.

Since the first announcement that the show would be reimagining the classic William Shatner-starring episode “Terror At 20,000 Ft,” fans have been exhilarated to see Peele and co-producers Simon Kinberg and Audrey Chon’s take on the iconic story of a man who sees a monster on the wing of his airplane. Though we don’t get a glimpse of that terror in this trailer, Adam Scott is clearly very scared of something as he stalks around the jet looking more and more perturbed. Scott is always brilliant in anything he chooses to be in and we also get to see some of the other stars who feature including Chris Diamantopoulos and, in case you didn’t get it already, Jordan Peele!

Whether you’re a diehard Twilight Zone fan or a brand new convert who can’t wait to see some of your favorite actors taking on prestige anthology science fiction, you’ll likely be really excited by these trailers, and the fact that you’ll be able to watch the full episodes in less than a week!
