Class is almost in session for Gen V, the college spinoff series set in The Boys’ universe. There will be secrets, blood, and even a puppet in the mix of whatever’s going down at Godolkin University. It’s safe to say that Marie Moreau and her fellow students could use some words of wisdom and comfort as they embark on a brave new journey. Never fear, a few familiar faces are here to do that for them. Behold this video of The Boys cast welcoming the Gen V cast into the fold in a hilarious and lowkey offensive way.
Actors Karen Fukuhara (Kimiko), Antony Starr (Homelander), Jack Quaid (Hughie), Jessie T. Usher (A-Train), Erin Moriarty (Starlight), Colby Minifie (Ashley Barrett), Claudia Doumit (Victoria Neuman), and Cameron Crovetti (Ryan) wish everyone a warm and seemingly normal welcome. That is, until a few of them give the classic salute of The Boys: a middle finger. Some of them double up on it for extra care and affection. We can already feel the warm and fuzzy feels brewing between The Boys and Gen V casts.
Jessie T. Usher doles out solid advice about avoiding early morning classes. Jack Quaid also gives necessary tips on how to clean up loads of blood. Apparently, shampoo, shaving cream, and two showers will do the trick. Marie Moreau’s power in Gen V is blood manipulation, so this advice from The Boys star will come in handy. Karen Fukuhara tells them to not trust Vought but, of course, Colby Minifie says they should always trust Vought. She does portray the very-shady CEO of Vought International, so that totally checks out.
The Boys cast wishes the Gen V cast the best of luck in the video and encourages them to make good grades. We are sure they won’t have time to study because, well, everything is f**ked at God U.
