SEVERANCE Season 2’s Trailer Is FINALLY Here

Severance really rocked the TV landscape when it first premiered—latching onto salient themes in many people’s lives… especially that of the ever-terrifying work-life balance. But when was that again? Oh yeah, way back in 2022. Yes. Severance officially joins the ranks of series that have two-year gaps between seasons. But hey, Severance season two is finally becoming a reality, and we’re excited to see what this twisting and turning series has in store for us next. To give us our best look yet at what’s to come, Severance has released its official season two trailer.

Strap in and hit play; it’s time to immerse ourselves in Severance once again.

“What is it we actually do here?” Now, isn’t that the question, Mark S.? This Severance season two trailer certainly doesn’t bring us many answers, but it does give us the sense there are only more questions to come.

A release reminds us of Severence‘s premise, sharing, “In “Severance,” Mark Scout (Adam Scott) leads a team at Lumon Industries, whose employees have undergone a severance procedure, which surgically divides their memories between their work and personal lives. This daring experiment in “work-life balance” is called into question as Mark finds himself at the center of an unraveling mystery that will force him to confront the true nature of his work… and of himself.

We don’t get too much specific information on Severance season two, but we do learn that “In season two, Mark and his friends learn the dire consequences of trifling with the severance barrier, leading them further down a path of woe.” A further path of woe… you say? We thought season one was basically as woeful as it gets. But we suppose season two of Severance just said, “Hold my balloons.”
