Neon’s The Monkey movie starring Theo James is bringing yet another chilling Stephen King story to life. The film is almost guaranteed to be a smash considering it is directed by horror auteur Osgood Perkins and produced by James Wan. What happens when an old evil toy from your childhood comes back for more blood? That’s exactly what The Monkey’s violent trailer depicts.
We get all sorts of brutality from this little drummer monkey. From slicing off heads to electrocuting people and more, he’s certainly down to drum up some screams and streams of blood. It really sparked joy and laughter for me but I am just that kinda person.
