Everyone wants to know how the Avengers are going to fix the Marvel Cinematic Universe after the horrors of Infinity War. We got a little more insight into the game changing sequel to the MCU's tentpole movie on Sunday, and though we didn't learn a lot, we got some new footage and one thing we're pretty sure of is that Endgame is going to make us cry... a lot.
The 30 second teaser is filled with big moments, probably the most interesting of which is a wider look at the world after Thanos' snap. It's clear that the loss of half the universe's population has massively affected Earth and its greatest heroes, as we see Steve in a support group for people still coming to terms with the "decimation." It's a moving moment and it's exciting/awful to see the empty and abandoned cities that have been left behind in the wake of Thanos' actions.
As well as getting a better idea of the state of play when the movie starts, we get to see our heroes in action with Ant-Man and War Machine suiting up, Thor wearing a badass cape walking out of a ship on to a mysterious planet, and most excitingly for fans who were worried after the first trailer we get to see Nebula and Tony teaming up to fix something on Titan. It's particularly exciting to see Nebula in action, as in the comics she is one of the few people strong enough to wield the full power of the Infinity Gauntlet. Fans of the Guardians of the Galaxy also got to see Rocket Raccoon who seems to be in good spirits after his best bud got dusted. So what's next for the team? We're not sure but it looks like it's going to be a heart wrenching journey to the inevitable end.
Whatever your thoughts on the massive MCU franchise we'll find out how it all ends very soon when the film drops on April 26!
