Meet the Celebrity Guests Coming to Play D&D on Relics and Rarities

Powered by Geek & Sundry

In case you’ve been living in the Underdark for the last few months, Geek & Sundry is premiering a new  Dungeon & Dragons show:  Relics and Rarities with host and Game Master Deborah Ann Woll (True Blood, Daredevil, and Force Grey).  Set in a world of Deborah’s own creation, this actual play episodic adventure is filled with mystery, excitement, wonder, and danger. It is perfect for both veterans of roleplaying games, showcasing an inspiring setting and interesting puzzles, as well as newcomers, with its stand-alone episode format and accessible presentation.

The regular cast of players — Julia Dennis, Tommy Walker, Xander Jeanneret, and Jasmine Bhullar — will be joined by a celebrity guest every week as they journey through the rich world, completing puzzles, fulfilling missions, and discovering powerful relics. We’re excited to share the news that Charlie Cox (Marvel’s Daredevil), Kevin Smith (Clerks, writer/director Supergirl), Matthew Lillard (Scream, Scooby Doo), Janina Gavinkar (Arrow), Simone Missick (Marvel’s Luke Cage) and Sam Richardson (Veep) will be joining our heroes on their quests.

Matthew will be jumping into tonight’s premiere episode – he’s a D&D veteran and proprietor of premium RPG sundry supplier  Beadle & Grimm’s Pandemonium Warehouse. He’ll be playing Allister Goldfang, the Dragonborn sorcerer and spirit medium. We’re excited to see how he’ll harness the power of his draconic bloodline and connection to the magic of divination solve the puzzles set before the group.
