How to Stream the 2018 EMMYS

The 2018 Emmy Awards are airing Monday, September 17, on NBC. Hosted by Colin Jost and Michael Che, the event kicks off at 5PM PT/8PM ET. Nominees include fan favorite genre series like Game of Thrones and Stranger Things and tried-and-true dramas like The Americans and Shameless (read the complete list of Emmys nominees). If you won’t be in front of your television to watch the ceremony, don’t sweat it. You can stream the Emmys from your computer or smart device. Here’s how:

If you have cable

-Head to NBC.com or use the NBC app and log-in with your cable provider information.

If you do not have cable

-Sign up for a NBC.com account and you’ll get three credits towards watching locked content, e.g. the Emmys.

-YouTube TV includes NBC, and you can stream the awards live. If you don’t have a YouTube TV account, you can sign up for a free trial.

-NBC is also included in TV bundles for Hulu, DirectTV, fuboTV and Sling TV. Note: this may include an additional fee above your monthly subscription, but many of these live TV services have free trial periods.

It’s not the same as streaming, but you can monitor #emmys on Twitter to keep up with the winners and antics.

How will you be watching the Emmys tonight? Who do you think will win? Who do you know will win? Share your picks in the comments.
