High School Seniors Wear the Best Pop Culture Costumes for ID Photos

High school can be a tough time for teens, but one establishment is taking the time to add a touch of brightness to every school year. North Farmington High in Farmington Hills, Michigan lets their senior class students take their ID pictures while wearing costumes, most of which are inspired by pop culture. The annual senior tradition is a way for the North Farmington High attendees to celebrate their final year.

Members of the class of 2018 took to Twitter to share photos of their IDs alongside pictures of the characters or memes that influenced their outfits. Browsing the #NFID18 hashtag will bring you joy and probably a few a laugh out loud moments. I applaud the creativity on display. I need to highlight a few of my favorite costumes. Starting with Kels’ take on Darla from Finding Nemo:

Check out Daniel as Rick from Rick and Morty.

Shelby’s rocking a Clueless Cher ensemble.

Carson’s nailing this Steve Urkel pose from Family Matters.

Why, yes, this Jem and the Holograms style by Adrianah is truly outrageous.

Finally, Nick went full on Harry Potter.

You can see more of the students’ work at the hashtag mentioned above or collected in this Twitter moment.

If you could dress as any character from pop culture for your work or school ID photo, who would you be? Let us know in the comments.
