In the next chapter of the Monsterverse, Godzilla and Kong must face an unknown threat hidden deep within the planet. This foe could upend their existence and endanger the human race. There are mysteries to uncover and history to learn. All of that means drama and action—drama and action we’ve captured in a special stop-motion video using Playmates Toys’ ferocious Godzilla x Kong action figures!
The figures excellently bring the Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire trailer to life in a whole new way. Precise stop-motion highlights the bigger-than-life stomping and punching. We wouldn’t want to get in the middle of any of those fights, not even when it’s only action figures involved. The action is just too intense.
The incredibly talented Brett Long (Robot Chicken, Shape Island, SuperMansion), and Johnny McHone (Robot Chicken, M.O.D.O.K., Mr. Pickles) animated this action-packed short. The crew also included:
