GAME OF THRONES Micro Sculptures are Impossibly Intricate

While we are all still reeling from the end of the fast paced — and way too short — seventh season of Game of ThronesOpens in a new tab, and eagerly awaiting the final season (which may not even come until 2019), we all have to find other avenues to show our love for all things WesterosiOpens in a new tab.

And while there is a ton of Game of Thrones merch out there to buy, and Game of Thrones theory videosOpens in a new tab on YouTube to get sucked into for hours, we think we might have found the coolest expression of love for the series made by any fan so far.

Thanks to Bored PandaOpens in a new tab, we’ve learned of the absolutely incredible micro sculptures celebrating the series from an artist in Thailand named Salavat FidaiOpens in a new tab. And when we say “micro sculptures,” we mean micro — these were all carved on the tip of a pencil! Among Fidai’s amazing pencil sculptures are the sigils of the major houses of Westeros, a White Walker, the Night King, one of Khaleesi’s dragons, and, of course, the Iron Throne itself. The sculptures were displayed at a special exhibit in Thailand this past month.
