It looks like we are returning to the Wasteland a little sooner than expected. Fallout season two was set to arrive on December 17 but, thanks to fan demand, it now has a slightly earlier release date of December 16 at 6PM PT/9PM ET. That’s pretty exciting for viewers, many of whom do not wish to stay up until midnight or 3AM to dive into the first episode.
According to a press release, the announcement was revealed on the Exosphere of Sphere in Las Vegas by turning the Sphere into a post-apocalyptic snow globe featuring series characters like Lucy and The Ghoul. The eight-episode season will air one episode weekly until the season finale on February 4, 2026.

Honestly, I love that some streaming shows are going back to appointment viewing TV basics and dropping just one episode a week. Fallout season two’s early release date is great news and will finally allow us to pick back up with the ongoing storyline. It’s time to head to New Vegas, meet new foes, and see what other dangers await in a lawless land.
